Our Commitment: D&P Twenty Six LLC is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards.
01. Our Commitment to Accessibility
D&P Twenty Six LLC is committed to ensuring that our digital presence is accessible to all users, including individuals with visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities. We believe that every person deserves equal access to information and functionality, regardless of their abilities or the assistive technologies they use.
Accessibility is not merely a legal obligation for us—it is a core element of our commitment to equitable and professional service. As a company operating in the federal government contracting space, we understand the importance of compliance with disability rights frameworks applicable to digital environments.
We are actively working to increase the accessibility of this Site and to ensure conformance with recognized digital accessibility standards.
02. Conformance Standards
Our Site aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). WCAG 2.1 defines requirements for making web content more accessible to people with disabilities. Conformance is defined at three levels:
- Level A — Minimum accessibility
- Level AA — Standard accessibility (our target conformance level)
- Level AAA — Enhanced accessibility
Our target is WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance across all pages of this Site. Where feasible, we also aim to meet Level AAA criteria.
Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act
As a company operating in the federal contracting sector, we are aware of and respect the requirements of Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (29 U.S.C. § 794d), as amended by the Workforce Investment Act of 1998, which mandates that federal agencies' electronic and information technology be accessible to people with disabilities. While Section 508 applies directly to federal agencies and their contractors developing technology for federal use, we voluntarily apply its principles to our public-facing website as a best practice and in acknowledgment of our commitment to the federal community we serve.
Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
We recognize the evolving legal landscape regarding the ADA (42 U.S.C. § 12101 et seq.) and the accessibility of public-facing websites. Courts and the Department of Justice have increasingly applied the ADA to commercial websites. Consistent with emerging guidance and case law—including Department of Justice's rule effective June 24, 2024, under Title II of the ADA—we strive to maintain a website accessible to individuals with disabilities.
03. Measures Taken to Support Accessibility
D&P Twenty Six LLC has taken the following measures to ensure the accessibility of this Site:
Technical Implementation
- Use of semantic HTML5 elements (e.g.,
<header>,<nav>,<main>,<section>,<footer>) to provide meaningful document structure - Inclusion of proper
langattribute on the HTML element to identify page language - Descriptive
alttext provided for all meaningful images - All form fields associated with descriptive
<label>elements - ARIA (Accessible Rich Internet Applications) attributes used where native HTML semantics are insufficient
- Keyboard navigability throughout the Site without requiring a mouse
- Visible focus indicators for keyboard navigation
- Logical and consistent heading hierarchy (H1–H3) to aid screen reader navigation
- Color is never used as the sole means of conveying information
- Text color contrast ratios that meet or exceed WCAG 2.1 Level AA minimums (4.5:1 for normal text; 3:1 for large text)
- Responsive design that adapts to viewport sizes and user zoom preferences without loss of content or functionality
- No content flashes more than three times per second to mitigate photosensitive seizure risks
- Page titles are descriptive and unique across all pages
- Links include discernible, descriptive text (no "click here" or "read more" without context)
Design Considerations
- Text resizing supported up to 200% without loss of content or functionality
- Adequate spacing between interactive elements to reduce mis-tap risk on touch devices
- Navigation landmarks provided for assistive technologies
- Skip navigation functionality supported through landmark regions
04. Current Conformance Status
The current conformance status of our Site as of the effective date of this Statement is as follows:
"Partially conforms" means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard. We are actively addressing known gaps (see Section 5) and are committed to achieving full Level AA conformance.
05. Known Limitations & Ongoing Work
Despite our best efforts, you may encounter some areas where accessibility could be improved. We are aware of the following known limitations and are actively working to address them:
- Custom Cursor: Our desktop custom cursor animation is a visual enhancement. It does not affect keyboard or assistive technology users, as it is purely decorative. However, it may appear with some screen-reading software when reviewing visual output.
- SVG Graphics: Some inline SVG graphics and decorative elements may not include full descriptive text for all screen reader configurations. We are reviewing and improving ARIA labeling for these elements.
- Scroll-Triggered Animations: Content that animates into view on scroll uses CSS transitions. For users who have indicated a preference to reduce motion through their operating system settings, we are working to ensure these animations are suppressed via the
prefers-reduced-motionmedia query across all instances. - Third-Party Services: Our contact form is processed through Netlify Forms. Accessibility of that service's processing layer is subject to Netlify's own accessibility standards. We do not control Netlify's infrastructure but have ensured our form markup is accessible.
If you encounter an accessibility barrier not listed above, please contact us using the information in Section 6.

We are committed to monitoring changes in applicable law and updating our accessibility practices accordingly.
